WHAT IS BROW CORRECTION AND COVER UP?
Brow correction is for anyone with an existing brow tattoo done by another artist. It is usually often microblading or an old brow tattoo that faded into an unwanted color that needs to be color corrected and cover up with a new shape and style.
OMBRE POWDER BROWS VS BROW CORRECTION/COVER UP
Brow correction and cover-up is for clients who already have an existing brow tattoo done by another artist. Our initial Ombre Powder Brow service is only for clients getting done their brows by us for the first time. Brow Correction/Cover up cost more because it is a lot of work color correcting, tattooing new target color and brow mapping and possibly correcting the old shape done by another artist. Our Initial and touch up price is only applicable for new or our existing clients who got their brows done by us. Please note that someone else’s work will not be our touch up work and pricing. WE CUSTOMIZE EACH LOOK
It is a lot harder tattooing over an old tattoo done by someone else but we still tailor each look with your preferred style, the proper way to color correct and cover it up, wirh brow mapping and shaping. Please note that we do our best to provide you with your preferref look but at the same time we have to tailor the brow you want together with what really needs to be corrected and cover-up.
WILL THE COLOR CHANGE OVER TIME INTO AN UNWANTED COLOR LIKE RED OR GREY?
Tattoo pigments are often unstable and have the ability to shift over time (not right away). Color changing has a lot of factors that affect it such as metabolism, skin care, skin type, medication, treatments, sun exposure, and more importantly lack of color boost or touch-up from the same artist. It is recommended to get a touch-up or color boost within 1-3 years.
THE PROCEDURE
Consultation - This is when the client can tell the artist what needs to be corrected and cover-up, the look they desire to achieve, and the artist will provide their professional advice as well.
Before Photos/Videos
Brow Mapping - The longest and most tedious part. This is to make sure the shape of your brows is even.
Color Correction process as pictured below.
Outlining - Tattooing the outline we drew using the brow mapping method. This is to make sure we do not tattoo outside of the line/brows when shading.

After photos/videos
After Care explanation. After Care cream to be provided by artist.
Numbing Cream and breaks in between are provided.
DURATION:
2.5 -3.5 hours. This will all depend on the client’s pain tolerance, skin type, bathroom or any breaks taken in between, how picky the client is, and should there be any late arrivals.
NUMBING CREAM AND PAIN LEVEL
We use a topical anesthetic to provide comfort. As for pain tolerance, everyone is different, it really depends if you have a low pain tolerance but don’t worry, we ensure that you are comfortable and for as long as PRE CARE instructions are followed, then you won’t have anything to worry about! :) (BONUS: We provide a selection of fidget toys you can choose from on the day of your appointment, we noticed our clients loved this during their procedure)
THE PIGMENTS PIGMENTS WE USE
We use a premium cosmetic tattoo pigment line, PERMABLEND. It is the leading permanent makeup and cosmetic pigment manufacturer. We use only the highest quality certified vegan ingredients and these pigments has provided us quality healed results.
TINA DAVIES, BROW DADDY, EVEN FLO BY LULU, and all of regular Permablend line are one of the many pigments we have used on clients over the years.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
This lasts 1-3 years. a touch up might or might not be needed within 1 year. This all depends on your lifestyle, skin type, sun exposure, etc.
INVESTMENT
Our rate is $400 +HST. Ombre Brows is a once-a-year investment unlike getting nails done every 2-3weeks in a year. This amount may seem like a lot but with $475 divided into 12 months, you get a lot for your buck compared to many beauty services out there! ;)

IF YOU ARE PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING IT 4 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
- YOU MUST NOT BE ALLERGIC TO LIDOCAINE, PRILOCAINE, BENZOCAINE, TETRACAINE, EPINEPHRINE, AND/OR ANY TOPICAL ANESTHETIC INGREDIENTS
- IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET BOTOX/FILLERS DONE BEFORE OR AFTER GETTING YOUR BROWS DONE, IT MUST BE 4 WEEKS BEFORE OR 4 WEEKS AFTER YOU GET YOUR BROWS TATTOOED.
