To secure your appointment, we now take payments in full before your desired date and time. We do this so we do not have to charge you HST twice (deposit + remaining balance) and to prevent no shows/last minute cancellations. Debit and Credit cards payments are accepted and done via quickbooks. We will send you an invoice and you can directly pay it through Quickbooks. This ensures our business and client protection. All payment methods such as debit, credit, e-transfers, Paypal, and cash are accepted and subject to HST.

Over the years, we have rebranded something finally stuck, due to important contents, emails, documents, payments, etc attached this email, as of now we have decided to not change this, so this will be the main point of contact for everything inclu,ing payments, unless we officially announce that it is going to change.
We do not have another form of email to send out any information.

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS. There are no refunds issued for all our services, rental, and tuition payments. Thank you for understanding.

We highly value providing quality service and time to each of our clients. Please advise that our appointments are scheduled in a timely manner and back-to-back. When someone is late for their appointment, everyone else's appointment and time are compromised. Depending on the volume of clients we have to service that day, your appointment might be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment. If we are still able to take you, a late $50+ HST late fee must be paid before the service begins.

We understand that an inevitable situation can happen. However, we would still appreciate it if you give us a 48-hour notice to cancel your appointment, so we can reschedule. Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be made in order to reschedule if cancellations/no shows happen outside of the 48-hour grace period.

The mall closes at 9:30pm, all service must be done before then.

Our touch-up rates are only for our existing clients who had their brows done by us. Any Microblading cover-up or previously tattooed brows done by another artist is considered brow correction or new brows and will be priced as correction/cover-up.

- A precautionary covid-19 liability form will be sent to you days before your appointment, please ensure that you have signed this before coming to your appointment.

IT IS OUR RIGHT TO POLITELY REFUSE SERVICE TO CLIENTS WHO SHOW US ANY TYPE OF AGGRESSION OR DISRESPECT.
